Three product lines to discuss at Booth 6R30

Our exhibition conversations will focus on three product lines.

Fiberglass mats and veils

Our fiberglass mat and veil range includes surface tissue, black and colored tissue, roofing tissue, wall-covering tissue, pipe-wrapping tissue and battery separator tissue. Bring the target basis weight, width, binder or resin system, and intended process so we can discuss a suitable starting specification.

Carbon fiber mats

Our carbon fiber mat range includes lightweight surface mats, nickel-plated mat, composite mat, needled mat and material for fuel-cell gas diffusion layer evaluation. The useful selection criteria are the role of the mat in the laminate, target area weight, conductivity requirement, thickness, handling and resin compatibility.

Desiccant rotor forming paper

Desiccant rotor forming paper is a focused part of our glass fiber line. For a productive discussion, please share the required basis weight, thickness, roll width, corrugating or forming process, impregnation system and validation method. We will not assume that one grade fits every rotor design.

What to prepare for an on-site material discussion

You do not need a finished specification before visiting. A short list of known requirements is enough to make the conversation more useful:

• application and the function of the material;
• target basis weight, thickness and roll width;
• binder, resin or impregnation system;
• forming, laminating or converting process;
• test method and acceptance criteria;
• sample quantity and expected production volume;
• packaging or documentation requirements.

If some fields are still open, mark them for supplier input rather than guessing. Samples should be evaluated in the actual resin, equipment and operating conditions before a production decision.
