概述

The grid stitched composite mat is a 1050g/m² reinforcement whose fibers are arranged in a grid pattern and held by stitching, engineered specifically for wind turbine nacelle covers. The grid structure creates open channels that promote excellent resin flow during infusion, helping fully wet out the thick laminate and produce void-free parts.

Alongside its resin-flow advantage, the grid pattern provides strong mechanical properties suited to the large, moderately loaded panels of a nacelle cover. The stitched, non-crimp construction keeps the fibers straight for efficient load carrying, and at 1050g/m² the mat builds thickness quickly in production.

Made from E-glass, alkali-free fiber, the mat offers chemical resistance and consistent performance and is designed for the vacuum infusion processes used in nacelle manufacturing. Its balance of resin flow and strength makes it a practical reinforcement for large composite covers.
